Padmaja Pati is a trained mixed method research in the field of education, gender, and food security with 4+ years of experience, and holds a master's degree in Financial Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune. She is currently working as a Documentation and Research Specialist with Rangeen Khidki Foundation. At RKF, she uses her research expertise to write articles, and manages the blog. Her areas of interest are comprehensive sexuality education, women's sexuality, and influence of popular media on sexuality.

At Rangeen Khidki, Padmaja is leading the Research and Blogsite space by bringing in her nuanced understanding of intersectional approach in SRHR.
